Our most ambitious build, and our fastest mobile bar. The Toucan was created by taking two vintage Morris ambulances, removing the back of each, and welding them together into a double-fronted, push-me-pull-you creation. The name nods to the bird, and to the fact that she is really two cans in one. Today she is a fixture in the Glasto Latino tent, serving mojitos and Bloody Marys to keep the salsa dancers going.

With her tropical yellow and carnival spirit, the Toucan is the one to book if your event is after a splash of Carmen Miranda glamour: all colour, fruit and fiesta.
